Mixing Instructions:

• Gain Plus should be diluted with water and used as a beverage to complement the solid food diet.
• Wash your hands and utensils before preparing formula.
• Heat water to a full, rolling boil for 5 minutes, then allow it to cool.
• Fill enclosed scoop by pressing against the tin, then scrape level with clean knife blade.
• Add one scoop of Gain Plus powder to each 60ml of lukewarm previously boiled water.
